摘　　要：健康老龄化是应对全球人口老龄化挑战的重要策略之一。本文系统综述了以功能发挥为中心的健康老龄化行动的原因和措施,以期为我国健康老龄化实践和研究提供一定的借鉴。Healthy aging is one of the important strategies to cope with the challenge of global population aging.This paper systematically summarizes the causes and measures of healthy aging actions focused on functional ability,so as to provide some reference for the practice and research of healthy aging in our country.
