摘  要:城市轨道供电轨检测一般以基本轨或轨道中心线为基准,受传感器误差和基本轨几何参数变化的影响,检测结果重复性较差。本文基于惯性基准原理,提出了一种全新的城市轨道供电轨几何参数动态检测算法。首先,基于惯性组件建立供电轨检测基准;其次,采用激光摄像组件获取供电轨和惯性基准之间的横向、垂向两个自由度的高频距离变化量;最后,融合惯性基准和高频距离变化量数据,输出供电轨导高和供电轨拉出值。利用该算法进行现场实测,试验结果表明:供电轨几何参数的动态检测重复性的第95百分位数小于0.8 mm,检测精度满足检测要求。该算法数据处理量小,不需要外界辅助信息,且检测结果稳定可靠,无基线差异,重复性、再现性好,有较强的实际应用价值。The detection of urban power supply rails is generally based on the basic rail or track centerline,and the repeatability of the detection results is poor due to sensor errors and changes in the geometric parameters of the basic rail.This article proposed a novel dynamic detection algorithm for geometric parameters of urban rail power supply rails based on the principle of inertial reference.Firstly,a benchmark for power supply rail detection was established based on inertial components.Secondly,a laser camera component was used to obtain high-frequency distance variation for the horizontal and vertical degrees of freedom between the power supply rail and the inertial reference.Finally,by integrating inertial reference and high-frequency distance change data,power supply rail height and the pull-out values of power supply rail were output.The algorithm was tested on site,and the experimental results showed that the 95th percentile of the dynamic detection repeatability of the geometric parameters of the power supply rail was less than 0.8 mm,and the detection accuracy could meet the detection requirements.This algorithm has a small data processing capacity,does not require external auxiliary information,and the detection results are stable and reliable,which has no baseline differences,and has good repeatability and reproducibility,and strong practical application value.
