摘 要:为全面响应东北老工业基地振兴号召,深入研究科技创新与产业结构升级之间的协调关系,加强理解科技创新对产业升级的促进作用以及二者之间的关系,采用熵权法和耦合协调度模型,评价辽宁省14个地级市2014—2021年的科技创新与产业结构升级的系统综合发展水平,探究科技创新与产业结构升级间的耦合协调发展水平,并利用莫兰指数分析两大系统综合发展水平及系统间的耦合协调度是否存在空间集聚特征。结果表明:辽宁省科技创新发展水平较低,产业结构升级发展水平较高但不稳定;科技创新与产业结构升级间的耦合协调水平主要处于拮抗、磨合阶段;产业结构升级存在一定的空间正相关性,而科技创新及两系统间的耦合协调度不存在空间集聚关系。In order to fully respond to the call for the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China,we should deeply study the coordination relationship between scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading,and strengthen the understanding of the role of scientific and technological innovation in promoting industrial upgrading and the relationship between the two.The entropy weight method and the coupling coordination degree model are used to evaluate the comprehensive development level of science and technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading in 14 prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province from 2014 to 2021,and to explore the coupling and coordinated development level between science and technology innovation and industrial structure upgrading.The Moran index is used to analyze whether there are spatial agglomeration characteristics in the comprehensive development level of the two systems and the coupling coordination degree between the systems.The results show that the development level of scientific and technological innovation in Liaoning Province is low,and the development level of industrial structure upgrading is high but unstable.The coupling coordination level between scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading is mainly in the stage of antagonism and running-in;there is a certain spatial positive correlation in the upgrading of industrial structure,while there is no spatial agglomeration relationship between scientific and technological innovation and the coupling coordination degree between the two systems.
