摘　　要：在湖南图书馆建馆120周年之际,文章旨在结合该馆的发展历程,探讨公共图书馆在文化传承中的功能逻辑、底层逻辑与发展路径。文章在回顾湖南图书馆的历史和办馆宗旨的基础上,分析了公共图书馆在开放共享、消弭“藏”与“用”的矛盾、珍藏文化记忆、履行智库职能等方面的功能逻辑,进而以社会认识层次论为理论工具,探讨了公共图书馆的底层逻辑。最后概括了湖南图书馆在服务网络建设、文献信息资源体系、高质量服务、数字化新技术应用、特色馆藏资源挖掘、管理模式创新等方面的实践路径,展望了公共图书馆在“新启蒙”时代所扮演的角色和承担的使命。On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Hunan Library,this paper aims to discuss the functional logic,underlying logic and development path of public libraries in cultural inheritance in light of the development history of the library.By reviewing the history and founding principles of Hunan Library,the article analyzes the functional logic of public libraries in areas such as open access,bridging the gap between"collection"and"use,"preserving cultural memory,and fulfi lling think tank functions.Furthermore,the paper uses the hierarchical social cognition theory as a theoretical tool to explore the underlying logic of public libraries.Finally,it summarizes the practical paths taken by Hunan Library in terms of building a service network,developing a literature and information resource system,providing high-quality services,applying new digital technologies,uncovering unique collections,and innovating management models,etc.,and envisions the role and mission of public libraries in the era of"New Enlightenment."
