老年群体数字沉迷的演进逻辑、治理困境与干预策略

摘　　要：数字社会的快速发展可帮助老年群体跨越数字鸿沟、享受数字红利,但是也出现了部分老年群体过度介入网络空间、屏蔽现实的现象,数字沉迷已成为老年群体面临的又一社会性难题,研究如何正确认识并帮助老年群体克服数字沉迷具有重要的现实意义。文章着重探究老年群体数字沉迷的演变阶段,根据当下的数字沉迷治理困境,提出社会沉迷干预策略,以期引导老年群体做出健康的网络行为。The rapid development of the digital society helps the elderly to cross the digital divide,join the intelligent era and enjoy the digital dividend.However,some elderly groups also appear to be excessively involved in cyberspace and block out reality.Digital addiction has also become another social problem faced by the elderly.It is of great practical signifi cance to study how to correctly understand and help the elderly to overcome digital addiction.This paper focuses on exploring the evolution stage of the elderly group's addiction,and proposes social addiction intervention strategies according to the current digital addiction governance dilemma,so as to guide the elderly group to carry out healthy online behaviors.
