摘　　要：老年数字鸿沟是数字化与老龄化共振下亟待解决的时代课题。客观存在的“数字弱势性”制约着老年群体获取数字资源的可及性,使其面临系统性的社会排斥现状,难以融入数字社会。现有的老年数字鸿沟治理致思取向多强调“老适技术”,忽视了“适老化”规制与数字化发展速度之间“异步性”的深层次问题。为修复数字治理中的公平正义价值,应坚持“技术适老”的逻辑理路,厘清数字适老化的出场逻辑、价值取向及内在要求,围绕政策扶老、科技适老和社会助老“三位一体”为老年群体构建有效的数字融入路径,以提升老年群体在数字时代的获得感和幸福感。Digital divide of the elderly is an urgent issue to be solved under the resonance of digitization and aging.The objective existence of"digital vulnerability"restricts the accessibility of digital resources for the elderly,making them face systematic social exclusion and difficult to integrate into the digital society.The current thinking orientation of digital divide governance for the elderly mostly emphasizes"the elderly adapting to technology",ignoring the deep-seated problem of"asynchronous"between"aging-friendly"regulation and digital development speed.In order to restore the value of fairness and justice in digital governance,we should adhere to the logic of"technology adapting to the elderly",clarify the appearance logic,value orientation and internal requirements of digital aging-friendly,and build an effective digital integration path for elderly groups around the"trinity"of policy support for the elderly,technology adapting to the elderly and social support for the elderly,so as to enhance the sense of gain and happiness of elderly groups in the digital era.
