摘　　要：五指毛桃是华南地区知名的药用兼食用植物,其主要含有挥发油、黄酮类、香豆素类、萜类和酚类等化学成分。现代药理学研究表明五指毛桃具有抗衰老、保护胃黏膜、治疗重症肌无力、改善非酒精性脂肪肝等作用。该文综述近年来五指毛桃的活性成分及提取工艺,旨在对五指毛桃药材的深入研究和合理开发提供一定的参考。Ficus hirta Vahl is a popular medicinal and edible homologous plant in South China,which mainly contains volatile oil,flavonoids,coumarins,terpenoids,phenols and so on.Modern pharmacological investigations have demonstrated the anti-aging,gastric mucosa protection,myasthenia gravis treatment,and alleviation of non-alcoholic fatty liver effects of Ficus hirta Vahl.In order to serve as a reference for future study and sensible development of Ficus hirta Vahl,active components and extraction process of the herb were discussed in this paper.
