摘  要:针对典型航空柱塞泵结构形式,提出了一种基于达朗贝尔原理的刚体动力学分析方法。分别针对柱塞泵滑靴、柱塞、斜盘、转子、主轴、配流盘6个刚体对象,考虑柱塞/转子、柱塞/滑靴、滑靴/斜盘、转子/主轴、转子/配流盘、斜盘耳轴/安装座6对约束副之间的约束力,建立了完整的柱塞泵运动部件动力学分析方程组。与基于拉格朗日方法的动力学分析方法相比,建立的方程组能够通过一个计算流程,对包含约束力在内的泵运动刚体所有力学特性进行分析。最后,以某11柱塞航空液压柱塞泵为对象,基于计算工具,解算得到了包含166个动力学相关变量的数值解,证明了提出方法的有效性。Based on D'Alembert's principle,a rigid body dynamic analysis method of typical aircraft piston pumps is proposed.For the six rigid body objects of piston pump sliding shoe,piston,swash plate,cylinder,axis and valve plate,considering the binding force between the six pairs of constraint pairs of piston/cylinder,cylinder/sliding shoe,sliding shoe/swash plate,cylinder/axis,cylinder/valve plate,and swash plate axis/install seat,a complete system of dynamic analysis equations for moving parts of the piston pump is established.Compared with the kinetic analysis method based on the Lagrange method,the equation system established in this paper can analyze all the mechanics,including binding force of the pump moving rigid body through a single serial of calculation process.Finally,an aviation piston pump which has eleven pistons is used as the study case.166 dynamics variables of the piston pump is calculated via computational method,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is also verified.
