摘 要:为了提高比例阀控液压缸的控制效能和精度,针对比例阀控液压缸存在响应速度慢、跟踪精度低等问题,提出了一种粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)模糊PID参数的方法。建立AMESim-Simulink联合仿真平台,采用了基于粒子群优化的模糊PID控制算法,针对比例阀控液压缸系统,使用粒子群算法对模糊PID进行参数调优,并运用AMESim-Simulink联合仿真平台进行模拟实验。模拟实验验证了基于粒子群优化的模糊PID控制器提高了系统的响应速度,减小了超调量,提高了稳定性。To enhance the control efficiency and precision of the proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder,a method for optimizing fuzzy PID parameters using particle swarm optimization is proposed to address the issues of slow system response speed and low tracking accuracy.A combined AMESim-Simulink simulation platform is established,employing a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on particle swarm optimization for the proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system.The particle swarm algorithm is utilized to fine-tune the parameters of the fuzzy PID,and simulations are conducted using the AMESim-Simulink joint simulation platform.The simulation experiments validate that the particle swarm optimized fuzzy PID controller improves system response speed,reduces overshoot,and enhances stability in the proportional valve-controlled hydraulic cylinder system.
