摘 要:常规非道路国三排放防爆柴油机喷油量闭环控制方法主要采用动态跟踪实现喷油量的控制,忽略了不确定性因素的影响,导致控制结果的空燃比与理想数值偏差较大,对此,提出基于模糊PID的非道路国三排放防爆柴油机喷油量闭环控制方法。首先,根据平均有效压力参数建立非道路国三排放防爆柴油机喷油系统模型;然后,在该模型中添加PID控制器,并在PID控制的基础上,结合模糊逻辑处理采样值的不确定性,设计模糊PID下的喷油量控制框架;最后,利用模糊PID的反馈参数作为控制信号对非道路国三排放防爆柴油机的喷油量进行闭环控制。实验分析可知,在此方法控制下的柴油机空燃比结果与理想空燃比数值更为接近,最大偏差仅为1.96,满足非道路国三排放防爆柴油机的实际应用需求。The conventional closed-loop control of fuel injection quantity for non road national three emission explosion-proof diesel engines mainly adopts dynamic tracking to achieve fuel injection quantity control,ignoring the influence of uncertainty factors,resulting in a large deviation between the air fuel ratio of the control results and the ideal value.A closed-loop control method for fuel injection quantity of non road national three emission explosion-proof diesel engines based on fuzzy PID is proposed.Firstly,establish a non road national three emission explosion-proof diesel engine fuel injection system model based on the average effective pressure parameter.Then,a PID controller is added to the model,and based on PID control,a fuel injection control framework under fuzzy PID is designed by combining fuzzy logic to handle the uncertainty of sampling values.Finally,the feedback parameters of fuzzy PID are used as control signals to perform closed-loop control on the fuel injection rate of non road national three emission explosion-proof diesel engines.Experimental analysis shows that the air-fuel ratio of the diesel engine under the control of the proposed method is closer to the ideal air-fuel ratio value,with a maximum deviation of only 1.96,which can meet the practical application needs of non road national three emission explosion-proof diesel engines.
