摘  要:针对某核电站东方-ALSTOM汽轮机的高、中压调节阀正常运行期间,出现多起调节阀动作异常,导致定期试验失败甚至功率波动问题,通过对比发现油动机中的插装阀(DN16)与新的插装阀(DN16)动作定值相比存在差异。新插装阀定值低,进汽调节阀试验过程或者功率运行过程中不会出现快关;而定值较大,则调节阀容易出现快关问题。通过搭建试验台架,研究不同插装阀的动作特性,分析插装阀定值存在差异可能与插装阀阀芯与阀套摩擦力大有关。研究不同定值插装阀动作特性,不仅提高现场应用插装阀的可靠性,而且对解决进汽调节阀快关问题也有借鉴意义。In this paper,during the normal operation of the high and medium pressure control valves of DEC ALSTOM steam turbine in a nuclear power plant,there are many abnormal actions of the control valves,which lead to the failure of regular tests and even the power fluctuation.Through comparison,it is found that there are differences between the action settings of the cartridge valve(DN16)in the hydraulic servo motor and the new cartridge valve(DN16).The fixed value of the new cartridge valve is low,and there will be no quick closing during the test or power operation of the inlet control valve.However,if the value is large,the fast closing problem of the control valve is easy to occur.This paper studies the action characteristics of different cartridge valves by setting up a test bench,and analyzes that the difference in the fixed value of cartridge valves may be related to the great friction between the cartridge valve and the valve sleeve.The research on the action characteristics of different fixed value cartridge valves not only improves the reliability of field application of cartridge valves,but also has reference significance for solving the problem of fast closing of inlet regulating valves.
