摘  要:为了解决LLC滤波器不能实现双向功率传递的问题,基于LLC滤波器技术,进一步研发了一种具有双向能量流动能力的全桥CLLLC谐振直流变换器,对其技术参数进行了设计,并搭建了1台1.6 kWCLLLC谐振直流变换器实验样机,对其工作特性进行了实验验证。结果表明,所设计的CLLLC双向储能变换器的效率可达97.71%,满足了储能变换器高效率输出的要求。In order to solve the problem that the LLC filter can not realize bidirectional power transmission,this paper develops a bidirectional full-bridge CLLLC resonant DC converter based on the LLC filter and designs its technical parameters.Then,a prototype of the1.6kW CLLLC resonant DC converter is built,and its operating characteristics are verified by experiments.The results show that the efficiency of the CLLLC bidirectional energy storage converter designed can reach 97.71%,which meets the requirement of high-efficiency output of the energy storage converter.
