摘  要:探究高节竹(Phyllostachys prominens)对沿海沙地困难立地生境的适应性策略,为沿海沙地竹类植物的引种和培育提供理论依据。以原产地山地红壤和引种地沿海沙地2种生境条件下的高节竹为研究对象,对其分株、竹枝、叶片、竹鞭等构件形态特征指标进行测定,探讨高节竹表型可塑性对沿海沙地生境的响应。结果表明,与山地红壤生境相比,沿海沙地生境高节竹的株高、胸径、总节数和分枝节数分别显著降低26.15%、35.58%、26.68%和18.90%(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分枝角度分别显著增加17.48%、19.40%、27.69%,而分枝长度和分枝数量显著降低(P<0.05);叶长、叶面积、叶形指数和比叶面积分别显著降低20.21%、23.79%、23.52%和8.65%,叶片厚度显著增加14.41%(P<0.05);平均鞭径、平均鞭节长和生物量分别显著降低24.2%、33.54%、19.03%,总鞭长、鞭节密度和总芽数分别显著增加19.92%、37.34%、42.61%(P<0.05);土壤pH值、水解氮和全氮含量是影响沿海沙地高节竹表型可塑性的关键因素。高节竹通过分株构件形态、叶片功能性状和地下茎形态等多方面的形态可塑性变化以适应沿海沙地困难立地生境。The research aims to explore the adaptation strategies of Phyllostachys prominens in difficult sandy coastal sites,and provide a theoretical basis for the introduction and cultivation of bamboo plants on sandy coastal land.The morphological characteristics of ramets,branches,leaves and rhizomes of Ph.prominens under the two habitats of mountain red soil and sandy coastal land are measured to explore the response of phenotypic plasticity of Ph.prominens to sandy coastal habitats.The results show that compared with mountain red soil habitat,the plant height,diameter at breast height,total number of bamboo nodes and the number of branch nodes of Ph.prominens in sandy coastal habitat significantly decrease by 26.15%,35.58%,26.68%and 18.90%(P<0.05).The branching angles of I,II and III grades significantly increase by 17.48%,19.40%and 27.69%,while the branch length and the branch number significantly decrease(P<0.05).Leaf length,leaf area,leaf shape index and specific leaf area significantly decrease by 20.21%,23.79%,23.52%and 8.65%,respectively,and blade thickness significantly increases by 14.41%(P<0.05).The average whip diameter,the average whip length and the biomass significantly drop by 24.2%,33.54%and 19.03%,respectively,and the total whip length,the flagellar density and the total bud number significantly increase by 19.92%,37.34%and 42.61%(P<0.05).Soil pH value,hydrolyzable nitrogen and total nitrogen content are the key factors affecting the phenotypic plasticity of Ph.prominens in sandy coastal land.Ph.prominens can get adapted to difficult sandy coastal sites through morphological plasticity changes in ramet morphology,leaf functional traits and underground stem morphology.
