摘 要:竹材是绿色、低碳、可降解生物质材料,是塑料的最佳替代品。竹纤维具有资源丰富、成本低、密度小、绿色环保、比强度高等特点,与聚丙烯复合形成的竹纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料兼有竹材和塑料的优点,是一种资源节约型和环境友好型材料,是“以竹代塑”产品开发的低碳材料来源。文中综述了竹纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料在材料特性、制备方法、性能测试等方面的研究进展,分析了目前的应用现状,提出了今后的研究重点及应用潜力,以期为“以竹代塑”创新产品研发提供参考。Bamboo is a green,low-carbon,and biodegradable biomass material,making it an optimal substitute for plastics.Bamboo fibers boast the advantages of abundance,cost-effectiveness,lightweight,environmentally friendliness,and high specific strength.The bamboo fiber-reinforced polypropylene composites prepared with polypropylene have the advantages of both bamboo and plastic,offering a resource-efficient and eco-friendly material.These composites serve as a low-carbon material to achieve“bamboo as a substitute for plastic”.This paper reviews the research advancements in bamboo fiber-reinforced polypropylene composites in terms of material properties,preparation methods,and performance testing.It also analyzes the current applications of the composites and outlines future research priorities and potential applications.The insights provided aim to support the innovation and development of products for accomplishing the initiative of“bamboo as a substitute for plastics”.
