摘　　要：两宋时期,官员拒绝赴任的情况频繁发生。宋代官员辞任的原因复杂多样,具体包括:官员遵循旧制,因循保旧;为了达成政治目的,权衡利弊,以退为进;受个人道德观影响。官员拒绝赴任的具体原因虽复杂,却表现出明显的趋利性。宋代皇帝对官员的辞任行为通常予以理解和支持,展现出宋代政治极高的包容度与从政自由性。During the Song Dynasty,officials frequently refuse to go to take their posts.Due to differences in their own situation and political background,the reasons for the resignation of officials in the Song Dynasty are varied,which cover the officials’conformism,their weighing of the pros and cons and retreating for political purposes,and their own morality and official views.Those different reasons are in fact beneficial to the officials’career because they can gain the good reputation of being not ambitious of power.The Emperors of the Song Dynasty tend to hold an understanding and supporting attitude towards the resignation of officials,which shows the high tolerance and freedom of politics in the Song Dynasty.
