摘　　要：在印太的海军外交折射出法国追求“第三条道路”的决心,它大致可分为海军主导和海军协作两大类,主要表现出三大特点:其一,强调法国在印太安全事务中的参与性而非对抗性;其二,兼顾海洋领域的传统安全和非传统安全议题;其三,善于获得欧盟资源支持,同时也是在探索欧盟印太战略的实践路径。法国在印太海军外交促动法国印太战略的“落地生根”,提升法国和欧洲作为“第三方”的议程设置话语权,一定程度上增强了西方阵营对华威慑的宣传效果,但也暴露出若干局限性。未来,法国在中国台湾和南海问题上或不时有挑衅之举,它与印日等域内大国的海军合作会继续在机制建设上着力。另外,法国与欧洲盟友在印太的海军合作将稳步推进,但仍面临诸多政治上的掣肘。France's naval diplomacy in the Indo-Pacific reflects Paris'determintion to implement the“third way”policy,it can be roughly divided into two categories:naval leadership and naval cooperation,which mainly show three characteristics:first,emphasizing the participation of France in the Indo-Pacific security affairs rather than antagonism;Second,take into account both traditional and non-traditional security issues in the maritime field;Third,France is good at obtaining the support of EU resources,and at the same time,it is also exploring the practical path for EU's Indo-Pacific strategy.France's naval diplomacy promoted the“landing root”of France's Indo-Pacific strategy,enhanced the right of France and EU to speak as a“third party”in agenda-setting,and amplified the propaganda effect of the West's deterrence against China to a certain extent,but also exposed several limitations.In the future,France may act provocatively on Taiwan,China and the South China Sea from time to time,and its naval cooperation with major powers in the region,such as India and Japan,will continue to focus on mechanism constructing.In addition,France's naval cooperation with its European allies in the Indo-Pacific will advance steadily,but it still faces many political constraints.
