摘 要:基于混动汽车中大油门加速啸叫问题,通过阶次分析法确认抱怨车速区间啸叫主要来源于驱动电机。通过变速器NVH台架试验,进行软件策略控制优化,发现谐波注入可改善变速器啸叫,提升NVH性能。通过模态分析,发现电机转子模态是其NVH性能的重要影响因素,转子模态偏低导致电机电磁力激励转子发生共振产生啸叫。然后通过电机转子工艺的更改,提升电机转子模态,并进行谐波注入从而优化啸叫问题,为混动系统实际工程应用中解决电机相关啸叫问题提供了切实可靠的方法。Focusing on the whine issue during high-throttle acceleration in hybrid vehicles,order analysis method is used to identify that the noise from the drive motor within the complainded speed range is the primary source of the whine.By utilizing a transmission bench test and implement⁃ing software strategy control optimization,it is discovered that harmonic injection can mitigate the transmission whine,thereby enhancing NVH performance.Modal analysis reveals that the rotor mode of the motor is a significant factor affecting its NVH performance.A low rotor mode leads to reso⁃nance and whine due to the electromagnetic force excitation of the motor rotor.Subsequently,by al⁃tering the motor rotor process to elevate the rotor mode and applying harmonic injection,the whine issue is optimized,providing a reliable method for addressing motor-related whine issues in hybrid systems.
