摘　　要：在整车开发阶段,ECU软件迭代迅速,为及时更新整车版本,满足用户部门测试需求,文章提出建立中央式的刷新平台为企业内部的测试车辆提供升级维护服务。在整车版本升级管理中,探讨对需求、数据、变更、测试、问题、进度的有效控制策略,开发自动化管理系统,从而提升整车交付质量和用户满意度。ECU software iterates rapidly during the vehicle development.In order to promptly update the vehicle version and meet the testing needs of the user departments,the establishment of a centralized flashing platform is proposed to provide upgrade and maintenance services for test vehicles of company.In the background of vehicle version upgrade management,effective control strategies for requirements,data,changes,testing,issues,and progress are discussed.An automated manage⁃ment system is developed to enhance the quality of vehicle delivery and user satisfaction.
