摘　　要：文章简述了动力电池包中密封圈的密封原理与常见密封结构。介绍了某项目电池包在生产过程中的密封圈脱出问题,从物料质量、生产工艺、产品设计等角度对问题进行了深入分析,识别问题原因,通过调整工艺参数与设计解决了密封圈在制造过程中容易脱出的问题,规避了较高的返修成本,也为后期密封圈设计选型提供了一些经验。The principle and common structures of sealing rings in power battery packs are described.The issue,which causing sealing rings detachment during the production process of a cer⁃tain project's battery pack,is described and an in-depth analysis is conducted from the perspectives of material quality,production processes,and product design.The root causes of the problem are identified.By adjusting process parameters and design,the issue of sealing rings detachment during manufacturing is resolved,avoiding high rework costs and providing experience for the selection and design of sealing rings in the future.
