摘 要:为研究阳荷种质资源农艺性状遗传多样性水平及筛选优异阳荷资源,对从各地收集的50份阳荷材料的株型、株高、株幅、叶形、叶色等19个农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析,探究不同种质资源间的亲缘关系,为下一步阳荷优异基因挖掘和分子育种实践提供一定的理论基础和参考价值。结果表明,通过主成分分析提取了6个主成分,累计贡献率为82.02%。阳荷株型与叶长、叶宽呈显著负相关关系,单株产量受多个指标的影响。聚类分析将50份阳荷种质资源的农艺性状分为6个类群,其中YH27单独为一类,可直接作为阳荷高产品种进行推广应用,YH6、YH9、YH19、YH1、YH4、YH21可作为高产育种骨干亲本加以利用。In order to study the genetic diversity level of agronomic traits of Zingiber strioatum germplasm resources and screen excellent Z.strioatum resources,the genetic diversity of 19 agronomic traits such as plant type,plant height,plant width,leaf shape and leaf color of 50 Z.strioatum materials collected from various places were analyzed,and the genetic relationships between different germplasm resources were explored,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference value for the next step of excellent gene mining and molecular breeding practice of Z.strioatum.The results showed that 6 principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 82.02%.There were significant negative correlations between plant type and leaf length,plant type and leaf width.And the yield per plant was affected by multiple indicators.The agronomic traits of 50 germplasm resources were divided into 6 groups by cluster analysis.Among them,YH27 was a single group,which could be directly used as a high-yield cultivar for popularization and application.YH6,YH9,YH19,YH1,YH4 and YH21 could be used as backbone parents for high-yield breeding.
