摘  要:为研究工业副产石膏用于路面基层或底基层的可行性,通过固化剂、水泥、石灰与工业副产石膏单掺或组合的形式设计配合比。固化剂、水泥、石灰的掺量各选取4个水平,采用正交表进行配合比设计,共计16组。通过击实试验确定各组的最佳含水率和最大干密度,通过7 d无侧限抗压强度试验确定最适宜的掺量,采用极差分析和方差分析等数理统计方法分析各因素水平对工业副产石膏材料强度的影响。结果表明,在试验掺量范围内,各因素对材料强度的影响大小为固化剂>水泥>石灰,根据公路基层7 d无侧限抗压强度要求,推荐水泥掺量6%,固化剂掺量0.3 L/m^(3)。基于固化剂与水泥固化技术,提出工业副产石膏应用于路面基层或底基层的方案,为工业副产石膏用于公路工程提供参考。In order to study the feasibility of using by⁃product gypsum for pavement base or subbase courses,the proportion of curing agent,cement,lime and by⁃product gypsum by single admixture or combination is designed.The dosages of cu⁃ring agent content,cement content and lime content are selected 4 levels respectively,the proportion design is carried out by orthogonal table with 16 groups in total.The optimal moisture content and maximum dry density of each group are determined by compaction test,the most suitable contents are determined by 7⁃day unconfined compression strength test.The effects of va⁃rious factor levels on the strength of by⁃product gypsum materials are analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis.The re⁃sults show that within the selected experimental dosage range,the influence of each factor on the strength of by⁃product gyp⁃sum materials is as follows:curing agent>cement>lime.According to the 7⁃day unconfined compression strength requirements of highway base course,the recommended cement dosage is 6%and curing dosage is 0.3 L/m^(3).Based on the polymer and ce⁃ment solidification technology,the scheme of using by⁃product gypsum for pavement base or subbase courses is put forward,which can provide a reference for the application of by⁃product gypsum in highway engineering.
