摘 要:某省道改扩建工程中的主线高架桥采用全预制拼装结构,上部结构采用钢混组合板梁,下部结构采用预制拼装的桥墩与盖梁。考虑结构性能、交通影响、施工难度、行车条件、景观效果、养护难度等因素,综合确定上部结构方案,并结合等效用钢量指标及预制板架设情况,确定主梁的片数与合理间距。通过优化预制墩柱-承台的台座式波纹管连接构造,不仅增大了墩柱的水平承载力,还降低了施工的难度及成本。A fully prefabricated structure is used in the viaduct of reconstruction and expansion project of a provincial road,with steel⁃concrete composite plate beams used on the superstructure and precast piers and capping beams used on the sub⁃structure.Structural performance,traffic impact,construction difficulty,driving conditions,landscape effects and mainte⁃nance difficulty are considered comprehensively to determine the scheme of the superstructure.The number of beams and rea⁃sonable spacing are determined according to the equivalent steel consumption index and erection conditions of precast decks.The optimization of the pedestal connections with corrugated ducts between precast piers and caps not only improves the hori⁃zontal capacity of the piers,but also reduces the construction difficulty and cost.
