摘  要:大断面矩形顶管被广泛应用于过街通道和地铁出入口项目中,目前针对顶管施工引起的地表变形规律及如何控制变形进行的研究较多,但与顶管近距离下穿重要市政管线的变形控制有关的研究较少。基于南京某地铁出入口顶管下穿污水管涵的工程,通过监测数据分析和数值模拟计算,从顶管与污水管涵的竖向净距、水平注浆加固、顶管周边门式加固三个角度分析顶管施工对污水管涵变形的影响规律,为大断面矩形顶管近距离下穿市政管线的变形控制提供有效的方法。Large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking is widely used in projects such as street passages and subway entrances and exits.At present,there are many researches on the law of ground surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction and how to control the deformation,but there are few studies on the deformation control of pipe jacking passing through important municipal pipelines in close distance.Based on the project of pipe jacking under sewage culvert at a subway entrance and exit in Nanjing,using the method of monitoring data analysis and numerical simulation calculation,the impact of pipe jacking construction on the deformation of sewage pipe culvert is studied from three perspectives:vertical clearance between pipe jacking and sewage pipe culvert,horizontal grouting reinforcement and portal reinforcement around pipe jacking.The effective methods for deformation control of large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking passing through municipal pipelines at short distance are provided.
