摘　　要：基于国内外草莓产业发展现状,通过文献调研的方法系统梳理并比较了国内外草莓相关标准的颁布情况,并从产前、产中和产后分析了国内草莓地方标准的现状。结果表明:我国现行的草莓相关标准在总数量上远超国际组织、欧盟和美国等。我国草莓地方标准主要涉及产前、产中、产后的3个环节和7个技术领域,缺乏产前的产地、建园及产后果品包装、加工、贮运等相关标准。草莓产后的商品化处理与国外相关标准还存在一定差距。结合上海草莓产业发展情况,提出了对推进上海草莓全产业链标准化的思考,以期为我国草莓产业发展提供数据支撑和实用性、前瞻性的指引。Based on the current development status of strawberry industry at home and abroad,this study systematically reviewed and compared the issuance of relevant standards for strawberries at home and abroad through literature research,and analyzed the current status of local standards for strawberries in China from pre production,production,and post-production.The results showed that the current strawberry related standards in China far exceeded the total number of international organizations,the European Union,and the United States.The local standards for strawberries in our country mainly involved 3 links and 7 technical fields of pre production,production,and post-production,but lacked relevant standards for pre-production origin,orchard construction,and post-production fruit packaging,processing,storage,and transportation.There was still a certain gap between domestic and foreign standards for the post-production commercialization of strawberries.Combining the development of the strawberry industry in Shanghai,thoughts on promoting the standardization of the whole strawberry industry chain in Shanghai were proposed,in order to provide data support and practical and forward looking guidance for the development of China’s strawberry industry.
