摘 要:为迎合旅游产品转型升级的市场需求,微旅游应运而生。研究以游客满意度理论为研究依据,针对上海市休闲农业微旅游资源,通过探索性因素分析确定4个潜变量16个观测变量,并利用整体样本进行验证性因素分析,构建结构方程模型。结果表明:旅游要素、目的地设施与服务、微旅游自由度以及微旅游优势4个潜变量对题项均有较好的解释度,而旅游要素、目的地设施与服务以及微旅游优势作为前因变量对结果变量总体满意度有显著影响。In order to cater to the market demand for the transformation and upgrading of tourism products,micro-tourism has emerged.Based on the theory of tourist satisfaction,this study identified four latent variables and 16 observed variables through exploratory factor analysis targeting micro-tourism resources of leisure agriculture in Shanghai,and then conducted the confirmatory factor analysis using the overall sample,and built structural equation model.The results showed that the four latent variables of tourism elements,destination facilities and services,micro-tourism freedom and micro-tourism advantages had a good degree of explanation for the item,and tourism elements,destination facilities and services and micro-tourism advantages as antecedents variables had a significant impact on the overall satisfaction as the outcome variable.
