摘　　要：随着我国畜牧业高速发展,环保压力增大。饲料全面“禁抗”法规的实施以及国际环境变化导致的饲料原料价格居高不下,给家禽养殖企业和饲料生产企业带来了巨大挑战。寻找适宜的饲料原料替代品成为家禽生产企业的重中之重,也是畜牧业降本增效的重要途径。本文对我国家禽养殖和饲料资源现状、理想的替代性非常规饲料原料及其优化应用技术等进行综述,以期为家禽生产中饲料原料的选择提供参考。With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,the pressure of environmental protection is increasing.The implementation of comprehensive“anti-antibiotics”feed regulations and the high price of feed raw materials caused by changes in the international environment have brought huge challenges to poultry breeding enterprises and feed production enterprises.Finding suitable feed raw material substitutes has become the top priority of poultry production enterprises,and is also an important way to reduce costs and increase efficiency in animal husbandry.The present situation of poultry breeding and feed resources,ideal alternative non-conventional feed ingredients and their optimal application technology were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide some references for the selection of feed materials in poultry production.
