摘 要:为解决地暖回水阀开口挡圈装配效率低的问题,基于TRIZ理论对回水阀开口挡圈装配机进行创新设计。通过九屏幕分析法提出了解决问题的方向,通过功能分析法得到了系统存在的问题,采用因果分析法得出了问题产生的根本原因。运用技术矛盾法、物理矛盾法、物-场模型法解决了装配开口挡圈效率低的问题,并提出了11条解决方案,进而设计出一种回水阀开口挡圈装配机。通过ANSYS软件进行压环装置的应力应变仿真,验证了装置强度的可靠性;通过ADAMS软件进行传动过程的运动仿真,验证了设计方案的合理性。本研究为回水阀开口挡圈装配机的创新设计提供了新思路。In order to solve the problem of low assembly efficiency of the retaining ring of the floor heating return water valve,the innovative design of the assembly machine of the retaining ring of the return water valve was carried out based on TRIZ theory.Through the nine-screen analysis method,the direction of solving the problem was proposed,the problems existing in the system were obtained through the functional analysis method,and the root cause of the problem was obtained by the causal analysis method.The technical contradiction method,physical contradiction method and object-field model method were used to solve the problem of low efficiency of assembling the retaining ring,and 11 solutions were proposed,and further a return valve retaining ring assembly machine was designed.The stress and strain simulation of the pressure ring device was carried out by ANSYS software,and the feasibility of the equipment strength was verified.The motion simulation of the transmission process was carried out by ADAMS software,which verifies the rationality of the design scheme.This study provides a new idea for the innovative design of the return valve ring assembly machine.
