基于大数据视域下高校教育管理工作的优化措施研究

摘　　要：大数据与教育领域的联系日渐亲密,并逐步深入到高校教育管理中。通过大数据进行教育管理决策,能使传统以经验为主的模式发展到以数据为中心,教学管理从关注传统宏观群体发展到重视微观个体,资源管控从传统人力介入变革成智能化调节、舆论趋势监控,从原先的被动响应发展到预先研判,学生管理从传统粗放式演化成精细化。但目前部分院校在利用大数据开展教育管理的过程中还面临一些困境,因此,为了实现教育管理优化,重点分析了大数据支持下高校教育管理工作的科学变动,从而提出建立大数据管理系统、加强大数据安全防护、提升管理者数据素养等相关措施,旨在优化大数据意识,科学利用先进技术提升教育管理工作水平。The connection between big data and the field of education is becoming increasingly close and it gradually penetrates into the management of higher education.By using big data to make educational management decisions,the traditional experiential model can develop into a data-centric approach.Teaching management has shifted from focusing on macro groups to emphasizing micro individuals,and resource control has evolved from human intervention to intelligent regulation and monitoring of public opinion trends,from passive response to prejudgment,and student management has evolved from extensive to refined.However,some universities are still facing some difficulties in utilizing big data for education management.Therefore,in order to optimize education management,the focus is on analyzing the scientific changes in university education management supported by big data.Relevant measures such as establishing a big data management system,strengthening big data security protection,and improving data literacy of managers are proposed,aiming to optimize big data awareness,scientifically utilize advanced technology to enhance the level of education management.
