摘　　要：近年来,受产业结构转型升级、高等教育教学普及等因素影响,大学生就业压力剧增,使得就业难成为中国乃至全世界面临的普遍性难题。在此背景下,如何提升大学生就业能力、优化大学生就业能力结构至关重要。市场供求匹配下,优化大学生就业能力结构具有满足人力资源市场对高质量人才的需求、助力高等教育教学结构调整、解决高校大学生就业压力大的现实难题等作用。文章分析总结出当前大学生就业能力结构优化在专业设置、就业指导、教师队伍、社会协作等四个方面的欠缺原因,并以问题为导向,从职业规划教育开展、课程体系改革、校内外多方合作、专业化师资队伍建设等角度提出建议,以期为大学生就业能力结构优化提供有效参考。In recent years,influenced by factors such as the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure and the popularization of higher education,the employment pressure of college students has increased dramatically,making employment difficulty a universal problem facing China and even the world.In this context,how to improve the employment ability of college students and optimize the employment ability structure is crucial.Under the matching of market supply and demand,optimizing the employment ability structure of college students has the functions of meeting the demand for high-quality talents in the human resource market,assisting in the adjustment of higher education structure,and solving the practical problems of high employment pressure for college students.The article analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of the current optimization of the employment ability structure of college students in four aspects:professional setting,employment guidance,teaching staff,and social cooperation.Based on the problems,suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of vocational planning education,curriculum system reform,multiparty cooperation within and outside the school,and professional teacher team construction,in order to provide effective reference for the optimization of the employment ability structure of college students.
