摘 要:为准确快速测定饮用水中砷形态,采用多功能集成色谱(prepFAST IC)与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用,采用ICX-As35阴离子色谱柱为分析柱,通过仪器注射器推动改变1 mmol/L碳酸铵(pH=9.7)和100 mmol/L碳酸铵(pH=9.2)洗脱液的混合比,进行浓度梯度洗脱,在105 s内快速分析出甜菜碱(AsB)、亚砷酸盐[As(Ⅲ)]、二甲基砷(DMA)、砷胆碱(AsC)、一甲基砷(MMA)和砷酸盐[As(V)]六种As的形态,建立饮用水中六种砷(As)形态的多功能集成色谱串联ICP-MS分析方法。在0~100μg/L六种As的形态线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.02~0.03μg/L。采用加标回收进行准确性评估,纯水和末梢水低、中、高浓度样本的加标回收率为89.2%~103%,不同浓度砷形态的相对标准偏差(RSD)均优于2.0%。方法灵敏度高、准确可靠、分析效率高,适用于生活饮用水中砷形态的快速测定,提高了工作效率。In order to accurately and rapidly determine arsenic speciation in drinking water,a method of six arsenic species in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with multifunctional integrated chromatography was developed.The multifunctional integrated chromatography(prepFAST IC)was coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the ICX-As35 anion chromatography column was used as the analytical column.The concentration gradient elution was performed by pushing the mixing ratio of 1 mmol/L ammonium carbonate(pH=9.7)and 100 mmol/L ammonium carbonate(pH=9.2)eluent through the syringe of the instrument to change the mixture ratio of the eluent.Six arsenic species,betaine(AsB),arsenite[As(Ⅲ)],dimethylarsenic(DMA),arsenicholine(AsC),monomethylarsenic(MMA)and arsenate[As(V)],were analyzed within 105 s.The linearity of the six arsenic species was good in the range of 0-100μg/L with the correlation coefficients(r)greater than 0.999,and the limits of detection(LODs)were 0.02—0.03μg/L.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of arsenic species in pure water and tap water were all no more than 2.0%.The recoveries of three different concentrations in pure water and tap water ranged from 89.2%to 103%.This method is accurate,reliable,sensitive,short analysis time,and suitable for the rapid determination of drinking water,improving the working efficiency.
