摘　　要：在“十四五”规划的背景下,数字化作为推动经济社会高质量发展的重要手段,其对生物医药企业创新能力的影响是一个值得探究的问题。基于2007—2019年国泰安数据库中医药制造业的面板数据,采用面板固定效应模型,深入探讨了数字化转型对生物医药企业创新能力的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,数字化转型对企业创新具有显著的促进作用。特别是在得到政策面的重视和技术面的突破后,这种促进作用更为显著。进一步分析发现,数字化转型与生物医药行业企业创新之间存在显著的倒U型关系。对于市场化水平高、股权集中度高的企业,数字化转型对创新的促进作用在增长到某一程度后会减缓,这表明过度投入数字化可能会对创新产生限制作用。研究结论为理解数字化转型对生物医药企业创新影响的机制提供了新的经验证据,从而有利于增强生物医药企业的创新能力,推动医药行业和经济社会的高质量发展。In the context of the 14th Five-Year Plan,digitalization is an important means of promoting economic and social development,and its impact on the innovation capacity of biomedical enterprises is worth exploring.This paper employs panel data for pharmaceutical manufacturers in the CSMAR database from 2007 to 2019 to explore the impact of digital transformation on the innovation ability of biopharmaceutical enterprises and the mechanism for this effect using a panel fixed-effects model.The study shows that digital transformation has a significant facilitating effect on enterprise innovation,and this is more significant following policy attention and technological breakthroughs.Further analysis reveals that in the biopharmaceutical industry,there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between digital transformation and corporate innovation.For firms with a high level of marketization and high equity concentration,digital transformation s facilitation of innovation slows after reaching a certain level,suggesting that over-investment in digitalization may limit innovation.This paper provides new empirical evidence on the mechanisms by which digital transformation affects innovation in biopharmaceutical firms,it is beneficial to enhance the innovation capability of biopharmaceutical enterprises,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry,economy and society.
