袋鼠式干预模式在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察袋鼠式干预模式对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的应用效果。方法选取90例HIE患儿,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和袋鼠式组,每组45例。常规组予以常规管理,袋鼠式组予以袋鼠式干预模式管理,比较两组的生长情况、智力发育情况、肌张力发育情况及行为能力发育情况。结果在不同管理模式下,袋鼠式组的体质量、头围、身高均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理1个月后、3个月后,袋鼠式组的智力发育指数(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)均高于常规组(P<0.05);袋鼠式组主动肌张力、被动肌张力均高于常规组(P<0.05);袋鼠式组的原始反射、一般反应均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:袋鼠式干预对改善HIE患儿的生长情况,并促进患儿智力、肌张力及行为能力发育均有积极意义。Objective To observe the application effects of kangaroo style intervention mode in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 90 children with HIE were selected and divided into the control group and kangaroo style group using a random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group were received routine management,while the kangaroo style group were received kangaroo intervention mode management.The growth,intellectual development,muscle tone development,and behavioral ability development were compared between the two groups.Results Under different management modes,the body weight,head circumference,and height of the kangaroo style group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of management,the intellectual development index(MDI)and psychomotor development index(PDI)in the kangaroo style group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The active and passive muscle tone in the kangaroo style group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The original and general reflexes in the kangaroo style group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangaroo style intervention has a positive effect on improving the growth of newborns with HIE,and promoting the development of intelligence,muscle tone,and behavioral abilities.
