舒缓敏肤煎联合坎离消痤饮治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮热毒蕴肤证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒缓敏肤煎外敷联合坎离消痤饮治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮热毒蕴肤证的疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组用西药治疗,观察组用舒缓敏肤煎外敷联合坎离消痤饮口服治疗。结果:治疗后观察组红斑、丘疹、脓疱、瘙痒等中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒缓敏肤煎外敷联合坎离消痤饮治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮热毒蕴肤证疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the efficacy of external application of Shuhuan Minfu Decoction combined with oral administration of Kanli Xiaozuo Decoction in treating papulopustular rosacea with heat-toxin accumulating in the skin syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group were treated with Western medicine,while the observation group were treated with external application of Shuhuan Minfu Decoction combined with oral administration of Kanli Xiaozuo Decoction.Results:After treatment,the observation group showed lower TCM syndrome scores for erythema,papules,pustules,and itching compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Shuhuan Minfu Decoction combined with oral administration of Kanli Xiaozuo Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea with heat-toxin accumulating in the skin syndrome.
