保妇康栓治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保妇康栓治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的疗效。方法:86例用随机双盲法分为两组各43例,实验组用保妇康栓外用治疗,对照组用ɑ-2b干扰素栓外用治疗。结果:总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组而CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组阴道分泌物p H值、Nugent评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:保妇康栓治疗高危型HPV感染疗效较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups with a double-blind method,with 43 patients in each group.The experimental group received external treatment with Baofukang Suppository,while the control group received external treatment withα-2b Interferon Suppository.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher,while the level of CD8^(+)was lower in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the pH value of vaginal secretions and Nugent score were lower in the experimental group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baofukang Suppository is effective and safe in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection.
