肢麻方联合针灸及整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肢麻方联合针灸及整脊手法治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的效果。方法:62例按随机数字表法分为两组各31例。两组均行整脊手法联合针灸治疗,观察组加用肢麻方治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后NDI评分、VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后颈椎后伸、前屈、侧屈、旋转活动度较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组治疗后肩颈臂疼痛、麻木、活动受限及颈项压痛积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肢麻方联合针灸及整脊手法治疗CSR效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Zhima Decoction combined with acupuncture and chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Sixty-two cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with chiropractic manipulation combined with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with limb hemp prescription.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDI score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the extension,flexion,lateral flexion and rotation of the cervical spine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of shoulder,neck and arm pain,numbness,limited activity and neck tenderness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhima Decoction combined with acupuncture and chiropractic manipulation is effective in the treatment of CSR.
