可吸收钉内固定术配合活血止痛散治疗老年踝关节骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察可吸收钉内固定术配合活血止痛散治疗老年踝关节骨折的疗效。方法:79例根据单双数法分为对照组39例和观察组40例。两组均行可吸收钉内固定术治疗,观察组加用活血止痛散治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后14d观察组VAS评分低于治疗前、AOFAS评分高于治疗前,且变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。术后14d观察组跖屈、背伸度高于治疗前,且升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛散联合可吸收钉内固定术治疗老年踝关节骨折可提高疗效,加快康复进程,缓解疼痛,提高踝关节功能和活动度,且并发症少。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of absorbable screw internal fixation combined with Huoxue Zhitong Powder in the treatment of ankle fractures in elderly patients.Methods:Seventy-nine patients were divided into a control group(n=39)and an observation group(n=40)with an odd-even number method.Both groups underwent absorbable screw internal fixation,and the observation group additionally received Huoxue Zhitong Powder.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay and fracture healing time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).At the time point of the 14th day postoperatively,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than before treatment,and the AOFAS score was higher than before treatment,with a greater change amplitude compared to the control group(P<0.05).At the time point of the 14th day postoperatively,the plantar flexion and dorsiflexion angles in the observation group were higher than before treatment,and the increase was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huoxue Zhitong Powder and absorbable screw internal fixation could improve therapeutic effect,accelerate the rehabilitation process,alleviate pain,enhance ankle function and range of motion,and reduce complications in the treatment of ankle fractures in elderly patients.
