储能电池辅助火电机组二次调频控制策略研究

摘  要:为提高调频效果与储能电池荷电状态维持效果,该文提出一种储能电池辅助火电机组二次调频的动态下垂系数控制策略,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,并对不同控制策略下的仿真结果进行对比。在0.05(p.u.)阶跃负荷扰动下,动态下垂系数控制为最优控制。相比于无储能控制与固定下垂系数控制,其最大频率偏差分别改善0.225 6 Hz与0.025 2 Hz。在连续负荷扰动下,动态下垂系数控制为最优控制。相比于无储能控制与固定下垂系数控制,其频率偏差的方均根值改善0.036 8与0.001 4;荷电状态偏差的方均根值相较于固定下垂系数控制改善0.009 8。对比结果可验证储能电池采用动态下垂系数控制策略的有效性,表明该策略对储能电池荷电状态(SOC)具有一定保持效果。To enhance frequency regulation effectiveness and maintain the state of charge of energy storage batteries.A simulation model was constructed using Matlab/Simulink,and simulation results under different control strategies were compared.Under a 0.05(p.u.) step load disturbance,dynamic droop coefficient control showed optimal performance.Compared to scenarios without energy storage control and with fixed droop coefficient control,it improved maximum frequency deviations by 0.225 6 Hz and 0.025 2 Hz respectively.Under continuous load disturbances,dynamic droop coefficient control also proved optimal,improving the root mean square values of frequency deviations by 0.036 8 and 0.001 4 compared to scenarios without energy storage control and with fixed droop coefficient control,respectively.The root mean square value of the deviation in the charged state controlled by the dynamic droop coefficient is improved by 0.009 8 compared to the fixed droop coefficient control.The comparative results validate the effectiveness of employing dynamic droop coefficient control strategy for energy storage batteries,demonstrating its capability to maintain state of charge(SOC) effectively.
