摘 要:气体流量标准装置工作段流场的优劣,会影响天然气流量计的计量检定结果。该文基于数值计算方法分析整流板的增加,对于气体流量标准装置工作段流场的影响,得出整流板可以降低标准装置工作段流速标准差与涡旋强度,进而优化流场的结论。其中80口径带非均匀整流板的流量标准装置相较于无整流板情况,在所有流速点,线流速标准差下降10%~15%;100口径带非均匀整流板的流量标准装置相较于无整流板情况,流场到达充分发展流态的距离缩短20%以上,在高流速点,涡旋强度下降25%。不同类型的整流板对标准装置工作段的优化存在差异,从选定指标看,非均匀整流板的优化效果略好。此外,该文还基于实流实验,分析流场的优化对不同原理流量计计量检定结果的影响,其中80口径气体超声流量计,使用带非均匀整流板的流量标准装置进行检定,最大流速点下的平均相对示值误差相较于无整流板情况,由0.45%变为0.25%;而同口径气体涡轮流量计无此明显差异;得出在实际计量检定工作中,基于“线流速”原理的流量计更应该重视整流板在优化气体流量标准装置工作段流场中所起到的关键作用。The quality of the flow field in the working section of the gas flow standard device will affect the metrological verification results of the natural gas flowmeter.Based on the numerical calculation method,this paper analyzed the influence of the increase of the rectifier plate on the flow field in the working section of the gas flow standard device.It is concludes that the rectifier plate can reduce the standard deviation of the flow velocity and vortex intensity in the working section of the device so as to optimize the flow field.At all flow velocity points,the standard deviation of the line velocity reduced by 10%~15% of the DN80 flow standard device with the non-uniform rectifier plate,compared to the flow standard device with no rectifier plate.The distance to the fully developed flow state of the flow field was shortened over 20% and the vortex intensity reduced by 25% at the relatively high velocity points of the DN100 flow standard device with the non-uniform rectifier plate.However the degree of optimization will vary according to the forms of the rectifier plates.From the selected indicators,the optimization effect on the flow field of the non-uniform rectifier plate is slightly better.In addition,based on the real flow tests,the effect of the flow field optimization on the verification results of different principle flowmeters was analyzed.For the DN80 gas ultrasonic flowmeter,the average relative indication error at the max flow velocity point changed from 0.45% to 0.25%,when the flow standard device with the non-uniform rectifier plate was used compared to the flow standard device with no rectifier plate,however there is no significant difference for the gas turbine flowmeter of the same diameter,which shows that in the actual verification work,the flowmeters based on the principle of the "line flow velocity" should be paid more attention to the key role of the flow field optimization of the gas flow standard device by using the rectifier plate.
