摘  要:以某云顶项目为例,针对清水混凝土在曲面薄板结构中需要的高品质饰面效果要求,开展了清水混凝土原材料选择、配合比设计、工作性能等关键技术研究;并基于试验结果通过优化砂率,降低了粗砂对清水混凝土和易性以及表观效果的影响;同时为了呈现更优质的装饰效果,形成了清水混凝土生产质量控制技术。结果表明:单掺10%矿粉或粉煤灰与双掺各8%粉煤灰和矿粉,混凝土无明显色差,但单掺矿粉的混凝土颜色稳定性更好;针对现有的原材料综合考虑,采用8322外加剂时新拌混凝土的性能更好。This article takes the Yunding project as a case study and focuses on the high-quality decorative effect requirements of plain concrete in curved thin plate structures.Key technologies such as raw material selection,mix design,and workability of plain concrete were analyzed.Based on test results,the influence of coarse sand on the workability and apparent effect of the plain concrete could be reduced by optimizing the sand ratio while the quality control technology for plain concrete production was developed to present a better decorative effect.The results indicate that single incorporation of 10%or double incorporation of 15%of mineral admixtures shows no significant color difference,but concrete with single incorporation of slag has better color stability.For the available raw materials,the use of 8322 additive was found to improve the performance of freshly mixed concrete.
