房建工程中地下防水施工技术要点分析

摘　　要：对于房建工程施工而言,地下工程是十分重要的组成部分。由于受到各类因素的影响,地下室容易出现渗漏问题,这会给建筑工程带来一定的安全隐患。本文针对房建工程中地下防水施工技术要点展开分析,介绍了地下防水的施工特点,探讨了地下防水施工中存在的主要问题,并提出具体的技术要点,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。Underground engineering is critical for the construction of house engineering.The influence of various factors brings leakage problems in the basement,which will bring certain safety hazards to the construction project.This paper has analyzed the key technical points of underground waterproofing construction in house construction project,reviewed the construction characteristics of underground waterproofing,discussed the main existing problems,and proposed specific technical points,thus providing a reference for relevant researchers.
