摘　　要：探讨建筑屋面完损检测评估技术的应用价值。通过分析耐根穿刺防水卷材在建筑屋面的应用优势,揭示其提升屋面防水效果和延长屋面使用寿命的重要作用。通过对现有案例应用建筑屋面完损检测评估技术,探讨完损检测评估技术以及耐根穿刺防水卷材的应用特性。最终得出建筑屋面完损检测评估技术以及耐根穿刺防水卷材在建筑种植屋面应用的重要性,并展望其未来广阔的应用前景。This study has discussed the application value in the detection and evaluation of building roof damage.By analyzing the application advantages of root resistant waterproof membrane in building roofs,this paper revealed its significant function in improving the waterproof effect of roofs and increasing the service life of roofs.Through several cases of building roof complete damage detection and evaluation technology,the research and application of using complete damage detection and evaluation technology and the application characteristics of root resistant waterproof membrane were conducted.Finally,the importance of building roof complete damage detection and evaluation technology and the application of root piercing waterproof coil in building planting roofing is concluded,and its broad application prospect is prospected.
