某新建大楼外立面漏雨原因分析及防治措施

摘　　要：上海某大楼为新建建筑,外立面采用干挂石材幕墙和铝合金推拉窗。分析了该大楼外立面漏雨的原因并简要阐述了原因调查方案设计和实施结果。通过该案例分析给出了资料检查、现场勘查和淋水试验相结合的漏水原因分析方法,以及优化石材幕墙向下开口处和女儿墙等部位的防水设计、强化幕墙石材拼接处密封和外窗型材拼接及玻璃镶嵌处密封、提高外窗与窗洞口间填缝隐蔽工程施工质量等对应的防治措施。This paper analyzed the causes of rain leakage on the facade of a building in Shanghai,and summarized the design and implementation of the cause investigation scheme.The building was a new building,equipting with a dry-hung stone curtain wall and aluminium exterior windows.In this paper,the method of analyzing the causes of similar engineering problems and the respective prevention and improvement measures were given.
