面向OBE的“可编程控制器原理及应用”课程实验教学案例设计

摘　　要：针对“可编程控制器原理及应用”课程实践性比较强的特点和对实验教学案例设计的要求,设计基于S7-1214C型PLC的实验案例,案例名称叫做“小车运动自动控制”。介绍了该案例中的控制要求、主电路图设计、控制电路图设计、顺序功能图编程方法、程序编写及接线调试实验。该案例介绍的过程也是用PLC控制系统解决问题的过程,具有普遍性和推广价值。Aiming at the relatively strong practical characteristics of the course"Programmable Controller Principles and Applications"and the requirements for the design of experimental teaching cases,this paper designs an experimental case based on S7-1214C PLC,and the case name is"Automatic Control of Car Motion".This case provides a detailed introduction to control requirements,main circuit design,control diagram design,sequential function chart methods,program writing,and wiring debugging ex-periments.The process of case introduction is also the process of using PLC control system to solve problems,which has universality and promotional value.
