摘 要:为了得到电主轴转子系统的动态特性,根据所研究的电主轴实际组成结构,构建电主轴三维模型,对整个转子系统进行简化并设定有限元相关参数,进行转子动力学模态仿真,求解主轴系统前7阶涡动振型和不同转速激励下的坎贝尔图,探究正、反涡动下转速与响应频率的正反比关系,根据临界转速特征,提取电主轴正向涡动下的前3阶模态,并设计试验验证仿真的可靠性,得出有限元计算前6阶固有频率值与试验量测值绝对误差比值均在10%以内。得到的电主轴低阶固有频率远优于设计要求,为研究转子的动态特性提供了可靠的研究方案。To obtain the dynamic characteristics of the electric spindle rotor system,according to the actual composition structure of the studied electric spindle,this paper constructs a three-dimensional model of the electric spindle,simplifies the whole rotor system and sets the finite element related parameters,carries out the rotor dynamics modal simulation,solves the first seventh-order vortex vibration pattern of the spindle system and the Campbell diagram under different speed excitation,explores the positive and negative relationship between the speed under positive and negative vortex motion.According to the critical speed characteristics,the first three orders of the spindle mode under forward vortex motion are extracted,and experiments are designed to verify the reliability of the simulation.The lower-order inherent frequencies of the electric spindle are much better than the design requirements,which improves the reliable research solution for studying the dynamic characteristics of the rotor.
