摘 要:以某四角切圆锅炉的两种不同结构的燃烧器喷嘴及其二次风水平支管为研究对象,以二次风门开度为唯一变量,采用数值模拟的方法模拟得到了挡板不同开度、不同入口流速对二次风门和喷口的阻力特性,进而获得了在锅炉运行过程中挡板开度与阻力、阻力系数的对应关系。结果表明:在相同开度时,阻力随速度的增大而增大,且增大的速率也逐渐增加,阻力系数受流体流速的影响不大。随着挡板开度的增加,风门挡板的阻力系数逐渐减小。当风门挡板开度小于50%时,阻力系数增幅较大,受速度的影响较为明显;当风门挡板开度大于50%时,阻力系数逐渐趋于平稳,速度对阻力系数的影响变小。Two kinds of burner nozzles of different structures and their secondary air horizontal branch pipes of a tangential circular boiler are taken as the research object,this paper takes the secondary air valve opening as the only variable,simulates the resistance characteristics of the secondary air valve and the nozzle caused by different opening degrees and different inlet velocity of the baffle by numerical simulation method.Then the corresponding relationship between the baffle opening and the resistance and the resistance coefficient in the process of boiler operation is obtained.The results show that,at the same opening,the resistance increases with the increase of the velocity,and the increasing rate also increases gradually,and the resistance coefficient is not affected by the flow velocity.With the increase of baffle opening,the resistance coefficient of baffle decreases gradually.When the baffle opening is less than 50%,the resistance coefficient increases greatly,and the influence of speed is more obvious.When the opening of the baffle is more than 50%,the resistance coefficient gradually becomes stable,and the influence of speed on the resistance coefficient becomes smaller as well.
