摘　　要：针对预制成型礼品盒在生产线上的存储与供应问题,介绍了一种可适应不同种规格预制礼盒缓存及供料的柔性化装置,可以广泛应用于不同规格及形式的预制礼盒包装生产线。该装置主要由运输缓存通道、落料通道组件及料位控制系统等部分组成,根据所供预制条盒规格形式的不同,可缓存150~300件不等的预制成型礼盒。文中介绍了该装置的自动供料结构及系统相关控制原理。To solve the problem of the storage and supply of prefabricated gift boxes on the production line,this paper introduces a flexible device that can adapt to different specifications of prefabricated gift box caching and feeding,which can be widely used in different specifications and forms of prefabricated gift box packaging production line.The device is mainly composed of transport cache channel,blanking channel component and material level control system,and can cache 150~300 pieces of prefabricated gift box according to the different specifications and forms of the prefabricated box.The automatic feeding structure of the device and the related control principle of the system are introduced.
