摘　　要：现代汽车发动机的电控系统线束的数量增加导致线束相互之间的摩擦挤压及受外界因素的损害,直接影响到汽车运行的安全。为满足保护汽车线束的目的和功能需求,文中分析了线束保护技术与结构问题,介绍了一种线束护罩,拥有双重锁定式、防线束摩擦、长时间工作防翘边、外置弯钩防脱落的特点。The increase in the number of wire harnesses in the electronic control system of modern automobile engines leads to the friction and extrusion of wire harnesses with each other and the damage by external factors,which directly affects the safety of automobile operation.In order to meet the purpose and functional requirements of protecting automobile wire harnesses,this paper analyzes the wire harness protection technology and structural problems,and introduces a wire harness protection grid with double locking type,anti-friction of wire harnesses,anti-warping for long time work,and anti-dislodgement of external curved hooks.
