摘  要:为了满足油库自动化管理的需要,促进全自动装卸模式的改进与推广,研发了一种全自动大鹤管定量装车控制系统。首先当机车进入触动安全光幕后,使用Halcon软件对车号进行图像分割和识别,以实现车牌号的检测功能,同时对灌口进行拍照,当机车停稳后对灌口利用视觉系统进行实时检测,并通过测距传感器对灌口进行三维定位,随后鹤管垂直放下进行定量装车,最后人工铅封灌口,机车拖走所有槽车。实验结果表明该方法能够有效地提高工作效率、降低人工成本,对于提高鹤管的智能化发展具有重要的实际意义和应用价值。In order to meet the needs of automatic management of oil depot and promote the improvement and popularization of automatic loading and unloading mode,this paper develops an automatic quantitative loading and unloading control system for large crane pipe.First of all,when the locomotive enters the background of the safety light,this paper uses Halcon software to segment and recognize the image of the vehicle number,so as to realize the detection function of the license plate number.At the same time,photos of the irrigation port are taken.After the locomotive is stopped,real-time detection of the irrigation port is carried out through the vision system,and three-dimensional positioning of the irrigation port is carried out through the range sensor.Finally,the lead sealing filling port is carried out manually,the locomotive tows away all tank cars.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor cost,and has important practical significance and application value for improving the intelligent development of crane pipe.
