摘  要:下料机构作为旋转压机和自动装舟机构之间的衔接机构,对于实现生坯芯块的自动装舟,具有极其重要的作用。弧形下料机构不能满足多种类型生坯传输的要求,且传输过程存在“卡料”、“堆料”等现象,导致生坯芯块受损,从而影响产能以及产品质量。为了解决上述问题,结合弧形轨道传输下料机构的特点及实际生产经验,研制了一套升降式下料机构。该机构由4套皮带传输轨道、4套机械夹爪及1套垂直升降轨道组成;通过采集机构上各点信号、调整皮带速度,实现生坯芯块快速、稳定的传输。生产实践证明,该装置的投入使用有效减少了异常工况,提高了生坯芯块的质量及生产能力。As the connecting mechanism between the rotary press and the automatic boat loading mechanism,the feeding mechanism plays an extremely important role in realizing the automatic boat loading of green pellets.The arc-shaped feeding mechanism can not meet the requirements of various types of green pellets transmission.The phenomena of"jamming"and"stacking"not only results in the damage of the green pellet,but also affects the productivity and product quality during transmission.In order to solve the above problems,lifting feeding mechanism is developed based on the characteristics of the arc-shaped transmission mechanism and practical production experience.The mechanism is composed of 4 sets of belt transmission rails,4 sets of mechanical grippers and 1 set of vertical lifting rails.By collecting the signals at each point on the mechanism and adjusting the belt speed,the green pellet is fastly and stably transfered.The production proves that the use of the device effectively can reduce the number of abnormal working conditions,and improve the quality and production capacity of green pellets.
