双导程蜗杆的数控车削加工方法研究

摘  要:针对双导程蜗杆因同齿两侧面导程不同而导致数控编程与加工难度大的问题,提出利用双导程蜗杆的齿槽或齿形的尺寸变化性质,结合数控车床系统的宏程序功能,采用宏程序方法编制了车削双导程蜗杆的NC代码,并在数控仿真软件Vericut上进行了仿真加工,验证了加工程序的准确性,最后在沈阳希斯公司的VIVA TURN2车铣加工中心上对其实际加工,加工效果良好,为类似同轴螺旋特征的旋转类零件的加工提供了一种思路。In order to solve the problem of difficult CNC programming and machining of double-leading worm gears due to the different guides on the two sides of the same tooth,this paper utilizes the nature of dimensional changes in the tooth grooves or tooth shapes of the double-leading worm gears,and combines with the macro-program function of the CNC lathe system to prepare the NC code for turning double-leading worm gears.Simulation machining is carried out on the CNC simulation software Vericut to verify the accuracy of the machining program.Finally,it is actually processed on VIVA TURN2 turning and milling machining center made by Shenyang SCHIESS Industrial Service Co.,Ltd.,and the machining effect is good,which provides an idea for the machining of rotary parts with similar coaxial helical features.
